How to Use SportsEngine

Parents and Athletes

Our SportsEngine web site ensures that players and families get the most out of their HYBS experience during each season.

Signing up for a SportsEngine account will allow you to setup registrations and and receive notifications about games and practice schedules.

SportsEngine has created a User Guide for Parents and Athletes that will help our members with frequently asked questions about our website and mobile app.

New to SportsEngine?

Here is your quick start guide to creating an account and using the SportsEngine platform as an athlete or parent.


1. Download the SportsEngine mobile app for your smartphone
2. Login to your SportsEngine account from your device
3. Your HYBS teams will appear in the app once your athlete is assigned to a team
4. Access all of the team functionality within the team’s home screen such as Schedule, Roster, Chat, etc.


Adding Parents, Guardians, and Family Members

The parent who registers their player becomes the primary guardian in SportsEngine.  Once the player is registered, the primary can add family members who can access their player's information, teams, schedules, etc.

Changing Payment Information or Pre-Paying a Payment Plan

For Travel Softball (Demolition) parents using a payment plan in sports engine, you can pre-pay or change payment information by signing-in to SportsEngine and clicking on ORDER DETAILS under REGISTRATIONS.  More details can be found by clicking here:  SPORTSENGINE PAYMENT HELP

Adding a Mobile Phone

Once you've created your account, add your mobile phone so you can receive text messages from your team manager or coach.

Enabling Text Messaging

Now that you have your mobile phone on your account, make sure you enable text messaging and any other notifications.

Following a Team on the SportsEngine Mobile App

Are you a family friend, grandparent or fan that wants to follow a specific team on the SportsEngine platform? Here is a quick guide to follow teams on the mobile app.

Forwarding Athlete Messages

Do you need a second parent, other family member or nanny to get messages about schedule changes or game times? Add a second email address to forward all communications.
